| Rumor: Brady Quinn Won't Return in 2010 by Site Staff of theOBR.com, October 17, 2009 at 7:30pm ET Brady Quinn Profile No less a personage than SI's Peter King is now claiming that Browns QB Brady Quinn won't be back with the team in 2010, per an appearance earlier today on network television. King is the rare national columnist who actually makes several trips to Cleveland during the year, and seems to generally have a good awareness of what's happening in the team's Berea headquarters. That being said, it's impossible to accurately predict what will happen over the rest of the 2009 season, especially on a team that went through a number of quarterbacks due to injury in 2008, and may again as this season progresses. It's difficult to believe that the Browns are extremely happy with QB Derek Anderson, either. The Browns were reportedly interested in QB Mark Sanchez prior to last year's draft, and certainly will have even greater interest after seeing both Quinn and Anderson fail to be successful in opportunities this eason. |
